The ingredients of our proposal are "improvisation" and tools and typical games of the Theater, blended with the essence of Alchemy: symbols and rites of passage. In a safe environment and with an original and creative method, we put ourselves on stage to activate new and innate resources.
By playing together we overcome superficial and more veiled emotional obstacles and cross metaphorical thresholds, we open up to our horizons and move our limits. As a caterpillar, we become a butterfly.

Joseth Campbell
The workshop focuses on creating personal myths and staging them as a process of self-discovery revelation and new awareness.
The work guides you to create your myth as a mirror of your life, following the steps proposed by Joseth Campbell: call to adventures, challange to face, rebirth and return. Each participant will receive tools and will enter the role of the Alchemist. The Archetype who is emerging, wants to speak, be seen and enter on stage: an opportunity for self-discovery and transformation. At the end of the seminar, we will reflect on the resonances between the personal life story with the present needs and the myth that the Alchemist has brought out and implemented.

IMPROVISATION
Humans were born improvisers. We did not arrive on earth with a script to read and yet we improvise as friends, as parents, in our daily conversations and interactions. You are already improvising, learn some actor's tricks… The results will surprise you!

Theater is a language made up of symbolic contents, characters and rhythms; it is an emotional and exciting training where action and play are privileged, spontaneity and harmony in which you are at the same time yourself and someone else favoring the playful transformation of body and mind in relationship with each other.

The 4 phases of alchemy took their name from the four basic colors of Greek painting: black, white, yellow and red. They are placed in parallel with the 4 elements and the 4 seasons and each alchemical phase symbolizes a stage of transformation;
Alchemy, at Le Theatre de l'Alchimiste, means becoming what we are not yet and doing what we don't yet know how to do and learn to do it using an irrational and creative way;
